By Lina Anastasia Atieno Abuya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Adhiambo Ojowi, who died at Barkowino, Bondo, on 18th September, 1997.

By (1) Mary Juma Ngudha and (2) Raphael Ating’a Ngudha, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Omeyo Ngudha alias Thomas Ngudha Nomeyo, who died at Nyajouk Sub- location, on 18th June, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2026
By Grace Adhiambo Ochola, c/o P.O. Box 83- 40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odero Oloo, who died on 11th February, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
