TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By (1) Jenifa Ajwang Oundo and (2) Eunice Atieno Opondo, the deceased’s mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mugola Oundo, who died on 14th November, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2026
By Julius Opondo Odero, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olela Odero, who died at Siaya, on 26th May, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2026
By (1) Jona Angaya Munasia and (2) Caren Auma Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 38-40635, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Osore Mukasa alias William Osore Mikasa, who died on 4th March, 2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
