TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By Kennedy Otieno Omolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Omolo Owiti alias Joshua Otieno Omolo, who died on 18th June, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2026
By George Ouma Orindo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Orindo Pala, who died on 7th February, 1974.
CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2026
By James Onyango Abuna, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Ndonga, who died on 21st July, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2026
By Joshua Odero Wagunda, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sore Owinyo alias Osore Owino who died on 10th May, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
