By Sarah Jerop Sitienei, of P.O. Box 943- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kipkoskei Sitienei, who died at Cherangany Nursing Home, on 4th September, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025
By (1) Maurice Rotich Cherogony and (2) David Kandagor Cherogony, both of P.O. Box 2116- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peninah Kabilo Kimengich, who died at St. Lukes Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Reuben Inyunga Essendi, of P.O. Box 340- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abenediko Issendi Muchelule alias Abenediko Muchanule Isendi, who died at Kitale County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 29th March, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
