TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2025
By Daniel Cheruiyot Landich, of P.O. Box 2714- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplantich Chepikisa, who died at Lelmokwo Location, on 19th July, 1980.
CAUSE NO. E222 OF 2025
By Gamila Jerop Limo, of P.O. Box 2565- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibusio Kerich, who died at Lomorungeny, on 6th September, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
