TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025
By Alfie Ahmed Warshow, the executor named in the deceased last will, for a grant of probate of the written will of Polland Silvia Maria Getrude, who died on 5th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025
By (1) Elias Santa Charo and (2) Katana Charo Mramba, both of P.O. Box 1- 80105, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Mramba, who died on 1st January, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Lewis Muhia Kamau, of P.O. Box 16100- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of the last will to the estate of Margaret Wanjiru Ndungu, who died on 5th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Alessia Volpe, of Burdhana K. Street, 68, Kyiv, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Armando Volpe, who died on 11th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
