Box 8589- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya the executor named in the deceased’s estate, through Nduli & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of probate of the last will to the estate of Faridi Mohamed Gachanga, late of Machakos, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 15th August, 2024.

By (1) Patrick Muchira Mathagu and (2) Eric Mwai Muchira, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresa Muthoni Mwai Muchira, who died along Outer Ring Road, on 16th November, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
