TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E495 OF 2025
By Roseline Obara Owour, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wandera Owori, who died at Bulanda, Mayenje, on 25th July, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2026
By Dorothy Wesonga Onyonga, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Onyango Ogenga, who died at Kingandole, on 3rd September, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2026
By Joseph Mbonere Mangula, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yohana Mangula Busera, who died at Nangoma, on 4th May, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2026
By Maurice Odhiambo Barasa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saulo Barasa Nyakuri, who died at Malanga Sub-location, on 13th April, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
