CAUSE NO. E321 OF 2024
By James Otieno Odera, of P.O. Box 1921-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Owino, who died at Burinda Sub-location, on 15th August, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E490 OF 2025
By (1) Fredrick Achieno Rapando and (2) Milton Oduori Achieno, both of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Achieno Rapando alias Atieno Rapando, who died at Sigulu Sublocation, on 31st December, 1982.

By George Oduor Adundo, of P.O. Box 14, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adundo Mudomo Abila alias Adudo Mudimo, who died at Mundika Sub- location, on 2nd March, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2026
By Charles Amusala Omengo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonida Ojwang Omengo, who died on 10th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
