By Stansilaus Kivivya Mutinda, of P.O. Box 24- 90204, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutinda Maingi, who died at Kitungati, on 26th November, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2026
By Charles Mbuku Kiwia, of P.O. Box 1- 90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiwia Makau Kathitu alias Kiwia Makau alias Kiugya Makao, who died at Muthale Hospital in Kenya, on 27th February, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2026
By Kathini Nguithu, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muli Nguithu, who died at Kitui, on 2nd September, 1980.
CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2026
By Obadiah Makau Kasimu, of P.O. Box 1- 90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutio Mwendwa, who died at Ngangani Sub- location, on 11th October, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
