TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2025
By Mary Inyele Ofundi, of P.O. Box 3136- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jospa Ofundi Omani, who died on 18th May, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2025
By Peter Wambugu Waweru, of P.O. Box 1397- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicasio Waweru Gachimu, who died on 9th March, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
