TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Samuel Koech, of P.O. Box 35- 20100, Rongai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Chemutai Barchok alias Elizabeth Chemutai Barchoni, who died at Mother Kevin M. C., on 2nd January, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By Mary Wanjiku Wachira, of P.O. Box 671- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wachira Gatundo alias Wachira Gatundu, who died at Mercy Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 8th December, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
