TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2026
By Mary Cheppgtech Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 34949, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Kipngenio arap Chepkwony, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 19th October, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2026
By Fredrick Kanyuga Kanyari, of P.O. Box 20106, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wanjiru Njogu, who died at Mona, on 17th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
