TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By Joseph Poriot Kasachuon, of P.O. Box 32, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carolyne Nelima Situma, who died on 5th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By (1) Maleche Antony Alubala and (2) Keith A. Maleche, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matthew Kaluna Maleche, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 13th February, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2026
By (1) Nelson Kipkering Muge and (2) Nelly Jepeting Muge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesmus Kipkurui Kemboi, who died at Real G Hospital in Kenya, on 17th November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
