By Nahashon Wainaina Ndegwa, of P.O. Box 3516- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wanjiru Robert, who died on 17th June, 2003.

By (1) Kennedy Wanjugi Wanjala and (2) Xlan Matafari Wanjala, both of P.O. Box 1594- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Wanjala Wafula, who died at Iowa, USA, on 19th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2026
By Francis Nyoro Nganga, of P.O. Box 588- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ng’ang’a Karanja, who died at Kwanza Sub- location, on 12th August, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
