TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2026
By Shadrack Kipngetch Tiongoi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flora Jeptarus Lagat, who died at Sergoit, on 28th September, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E348 OF 2026
By Ednah Jebet, of P.O. Box 2441- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob K. Melly, who died at Chesumei, on 7th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
