CAUSE NO. E403 OF 2025
By Patricia Khakasa Mudogo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Oreu Mamoi, who died on 24th April, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026
By George Wainaina Kamau, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wambui Wainaina, who died at Bangalore, India, on 5th February, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By Tabitha Ndugne Mutua, of P.O. Box 7015- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willy Kakuli Waweu, who died at Turbo, on 10th March, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2026
By (1) Paul Mwangi Muiruri and (2) David Wanganga Muiruri, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiro Kamau, who died at Muyaka, on 21st February, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
