TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025
By Joel Umwera, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ominde Lidundu alias Mwerema Lidundu, who died at Lyaduywa Sub-location, on 2nd October, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2026
By Moses Muzembi Villi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Imbwana Igare alias Imbwana Migale, who died at Lusengeli Sub-location, on 3rd July, 1996.

By Jotham Adagala Indimo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Idhimu Adakhala, who died at Shiru Sub-location, on 1st February, 2011.

By Wycliffe Mwole Adika, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andika Kisiku alias Joash Adika Kesekwa, who died at Shiru Sub-location, on 11th April, 1986.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
