TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2026
By Jane Atieno Akumu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Akumu Opiia alias Akumu Opiia, who died at St. Elizabeth Lwak, on 23rd February, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2026
By Maurice Reru Olago, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osike Olago, who died at Rachar Sub-location, on 26th August, 2001.

By Domnic Ochola Olima, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochola Akara, who died at Akom, on 14th July, 1987.

By Caren Oyola Odindo, of P.O. Box 30, Madiany in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alloys Chieng’ Okelo alias Aloys Okelo Chieng’, who died at Siger, Rarieda, on 9th March, 1991.

By Mary Achola Obado, of P.O. Box 40, Madiany in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Romanus Waswa Obado alias Obado Obado alias Ramanus Waswa Obado, who died at Bondo Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 30th January, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
