TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025
By Ovake Jackson Shadrack, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Obusuru alias Obusuru Oroni, who died at Chamasiri Sub-location, on 16th March, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2025
By Ovake Jackson Shadrack, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Wanyonyi Oroni alias Wanyonyi Oroni, who died at Aterait Sublocation, on 1st April, 1987.

By (1) Joyce Nafula Wanyonyi and (2) Mark Joseph Awala, both of P.O. Box 1-50244, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Wanyonyi Kittutu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 27th October, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By Esnas Asiyo Maskae, of P.O. Box 146, Kamuriai in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Micah Papa Masake, who died at Akobwait, on 16th November, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
