TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2022
By Mukombela Mukhwana, of P.O. Box 33, Malava in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukhwana Chami, who died at Shipala, on 27th October, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Isaac Kofia Kwalanda, the deceased’s beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Shirandula alias Inzai Shirandula alias Inzaya Shirandula, who died at Fuvuye, on 23rd March, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Isaiah Kabula Mukakoyi, of P.O. Box 35, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukakoyi Kavula, who died at Teresia, on 28th March, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
