TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2024
By Benson Mukonyole Cheismibiri, of P.O. Box 65, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheismibiri Sindani, who died at Keiyo, on 26th December, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026
By Peter Simon Mare, of P.O. Box 1028, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Mare Kitui alias Mare Kituyi, who died at Silungai, on 11th March, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2026
By (1) Julia Imbusi and (2) Jotham Mchuma Mbakaya, both of P.O. Box 23, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zebedayo Mbakaya, who died at Matete, on 4th May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2026
By (1) Zibora Adesa Lumula and (2) Nelson Ngaira, both of P.O. Box 52, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ngaira Molenje, who died at Muting’ong’o Sub-location, on 5th October, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
