TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2021
By Narkisho Ogutu Onguka, of P.O. Box 78-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogutu Isaack Abuoro, who died at North Kanyajouk Sub-location, on 24th December, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2024
By Moses Okoth Okoko, of P.O. Box 69-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okoko Ngang’o, who died at East Kanyamamba Sub-location, on 14th June, 1982.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025
By Peter Otieno Gor, of P.O. Box 223-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gor Anywowa, who died at Kagoro Sub-location, on 1st March, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2026
By (1) Siprina Ogutu Omolo and (2) Kilion Okech Ondoro, both of P.O. Box 1-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondoro Kaumba, who died at North Kamwango Sub-location, on 20th April, 1970.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
