TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2026
By Joshua Ochieng Ochiao, of P.O. Box 1-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Akelo Achiago, who died at North Kanyajouk Sub-location, on 9th October, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2026
By Millicent Akinyi Ogara, of P.O. Box 256, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lameck Nyangaga Ogara, who died at Kogelo West Sub-location, on 26th May, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
