TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Simon Kinyanji Wainaina and Joseph Karanja Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Karanja, who died at Ngethu Sub-location, on 17th November, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Margaret Wambui Mburu, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburu Waireti, who died at Kiriko, on 4th September, 2010.

By Ernest Njuguna Mung’ethu, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mung’ethu Muhika, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2016.

By James Kungu Gikonyo, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gikonyo Nguu, who died at Kamwangi, on 28th December, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
